The kitchen opens out to the living room and dining area for an integrated layout ideal for socializing, while a 4-seat breakfast bar breaks up the space. The first floor also features a game room, complete with PlayStations, a foosball table, and a pool table.
External Area:
Moving outside you’ll find a private pool with spa and a covered lanai in a screened enclosure. Comfortable patio furniture including an 8-seat dining table turns the pool deck into a great outdoor living space, perfect for enjoying a 5 o’clock drink or dinner under the stars. On the second floor you’ll find 7 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have king-size beds, while the rest feature an array of sleeping configurations and decorative themes, including two-bed Minions and Disney rooms, and a 3-bed Star Wars room. Also found on the second floor is a media room with a projection setup perfect for movie nights, as well as a full washer and dryer to help you keep your family looking and smelling fresh.
