On the ground floor you'll find 1 Bedroom and 1 full bathroom, both located just off the entryway. Heading further into the home you'll find an open living space integrating the kitchen, dining room, and living room, allowing for effortless movement about the space and flexibility of use.
 
The living room boasts a flat-screen tv with DVD player and cable, plus chic yet comfy furniture with room for the whole family to relax and unwind. The tv is also viewable from both the formal dining area (seats 8) and the breakfast bar (seats 4).
 
The kitchen is fully equipped and features brand-new stainless appliances, luxury finishes, and a full range of cookware and dinnerware.
 

External Area:

This townhome is unique in that it comes with its own private pool! Out back you'll find a screened-in pool with covered lanai and high-quality patio furniture.
