The home comes with a private pool and spa, full access to amenities at the Grande Clubhouse (located steps from the home), and convenience to Disney World (16 minutes).

First Floor:

The first floor of this home features 1 master suite with king bed, master bath, and large flat-screen tv. The living space is open concept, bringing together the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room for an effortless modern lifestyle.   The kitchen boasts high-quality finishes and comes fully equipped with all the upgraded appliances, gourmet cookware, and fine china and cutlery you need to make and serve homecooked meals to die for.   Eating is made easy, too, with an enormous 20-seat table and a 6-seat bar providing plenty of space, and options for both formal and casual dining. The garage has been converted to an air-conditioned, Star Wars-themed rec room complete with pool table, air hockey, gaming consuls, and an arcade-style bowling game.

External Area:

This home comes with a large private pool and spa with screen enclosure and safety fence. A covered lanai with ample outdoor furniture (patio table and chairs, loungers) makes it the perfect place to enjoy a casual Florida lifestyle, complete with moonlit meals, sunset cocktails, and laid-back brunches.   The pool itself makes a great way to beat the summer heat, and provides hours of fun, free entertainment your family will absolutely love. Planning your trip for the off season? For a small fee, pool heating lets you enjoy swimming during Florida’s mild fall and winter months.   Heating takes at least 24 hours, so be sure to request it in advance so your family can dive right into their vacation.

The second floor of this home boasts 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen tv’s and cable, making them both comfortable places to sleep and private places to hang out. 4 of the bedrooms feature king beds well suited for adult couples, while the other 4 are themed and feature an array of bedding configurations, perfect for the kids to share.   Themes include Monsters Inc, Harry Potter, Snow White, and Disney, attractions near Orlando. Jack-and-Jill bathrooms are also ideal for kids, and all bathrooms include starter shampoos and soaps to help give you a head start on hygiene.   Also helping you look and smell your best is a laundry room with full washer and dryer. Near the laundry room, you’ll find a media room complete with projector, huge projection screen, and plush seating, perfect for movie nights with the ones you love.
