First Floor:

On the first floor you'll find 2 master bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms. One room is a suite complete with private master bathroom, while the other features a shared bathroom. The living space is open concept and features an integrated living room, dining area, and kitchen.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and high-end cookware so you can make nutritious home-cooked meals, while a 10-seat table and 4-seat bar let you choose between formal and casual dining.
 
The ground floor also boasts an Avengers-themed game room with PlayStation gaming consul, air hockey, and ping pong, for hours of friendly competition and free fun.
 

External Area:

The external area features a private pool with screen enclosure and mesh safety fence for your kids' protection. You'll find that a dip in the pool is the best way to beat the afternoon heat, but it can also be the perfect way to start or end the day.

Heading up to the second floor, you'll find 7 additional bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 queen beds and 2 kings are perfectly suited for adult couples. 3 of the bedrooms are decorated with themed motifs (Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Disney) and feature shared sleeping configurations, while 2 of the bathrooms feature Jack-and-Jill designs, making the second floor ideal for younger guests and grownups alike.
 
In addition to sleeping quarters, the second floor features a media room with huge projector screen where you can host private movie nights with the ones you love. Moreover, you'll find a utility closet with full washer and dryer to make doing laundry convenient and affordable. Free WiFi and cable/satellite tv are provided throughout the home.
